About This Course
Overview
The goal of this program is for participants to be able to achieve their professional goals. This includes having strong interpersonal skills, also known as soft skills. This specially designed training program allows participants to make the connection that your attitude and approach are highly important factors to achieving professional success. Role-play, discussions, experiential learning, interactive and innovative teaching methods support sessions. In addition, TBG Trains “reality classrooms” provide insight, reiterate the program objectives, and allow participants to practice and measure their performance.
