Certified Professional Food Manager/Food Handler and Supervisory Skill Builders for Restaurant & Food Service Operations

TBG’s Certified ServSafe Instructors will present information in a contextualized format whereby students are able to participate in interactive training in Supervisory skill development and safe food handling skills. Students will have the opportunity to earn at least (1) one industry-recognized certification at the completion of the program.

This program will give participants the Certified Professional Food Manager/ Food Handler (ServSafe) and Supervisory Skill Builders for Restaurant and Food Service Operations (American Hotel and Lodging, Educational Institute). Certified ServSafe Instructors will present information in a contextualized format where by students are able to participate in interactive training in Supervisory skill development and safe food handling skills.
