Vivica Brooks, Founder
TBG was founded by Vivica Brooks, a learning and development professional with a passion for helping others reach their full potential. Striking a balance between honesty and compassion, her training style achieves the desired outcome for her clients while meeting the trainees where they are. Ms. Brooks understands the intricacies of customer-focused industries and the need to balance profit and customer satisfaction.
Ms. Brooks has extensive experience in leadership and training from her positions with Marriott International and local nonprofits. While at Marriott Wardman Park, she created various Service Excellence standards and trained both union and non-union associates. Her training achievements led to her receiving the Manager of the Quarter Award within six months. In addition, Ms. Brooks designed an adult learner-based business and customer relations curriculum that was approved by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
As co-founder and president of Bennett, Brooks, & Dyson Consulting, LLC, Ms. Brooks was primarily responsible for business development and client relations, as well as obtaining local, state, and federal certifications. She was also very instrumental in curriculum design and facilitation of training sessions.
Ms. Brooks is a graduate of Howard University in Washington, DC. She has been awarded the globally recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and holds a Certificate of Project Management from the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies.
